Richard Bartholomew has more than 35 years of luxury real estate experience around the world. A native of South Africa and spending his formative years in Australia, Richard opened his own office in Sydney, Australia and quickly became one of the top-producing luxury agents. Seeking to build upon his already successful career, he expanded his real estate business to the luxury markets of Beverly Hills and later Palm Springs becoming one of the top producing agents in Southern California. After owning properties and spending time in Puerto Vallarta, Richard saw the potential in the market and moved full time to Mexico. He now specializes in luxury homes, condos and new developments in the Vallarta area.

With over $1.5 billion in career sales, Richard has sold everything from investment condominiums to luxury villas and residential development projects.

His knowledge of the local area and exceptional negotiating skills have helped many clients with their Vallarta Real Estate purchases and sales.
